These reports help optimize business strategies and improve financial planning. Partners can filter data, extract detailed reports, and export information to support informed decision-making.
To access reports, follow these steps:
Click on the Reports tab in the main navigation menu.
The Reports page displays a structured list of available reports.
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find reports by name or description.
Click on a report to open detailed insights and data analytics.
Each report appears in a list format, displaying its name and a brief description.
Reports cover various business aspects such as revenue, billing, funding activity, pricing, and support tickets.
The search bar allows users to locate reports quickly by entering keywords.
Users can search based on report titles or descriptions.
Clicking on a report entry redirects users to a detailed view.
Reports include tables and key business metrics to support deeper analysis.
A Partner Portal offers a feature to retrieve reports at different levels of business focus. Reports can be generated and retrieved for an entire portfolio, segments of the portfolio, or for individual merchants, allowing users to zoom in on specific areas for detailed insights. This flexibility helps partners to target their reporting according to their needs, whether for high-level overviews or granular merchant-specific data.
Users can download reports in multiple formats, including .xlsx and .csv, for offline analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
