The Transactions feature in the Merchant Portal allows users to view, search, and export card transaction details across all terminals. It provides a comprehensive view of transaction activity, helping merchants track payments, refunds, and settlements efficiently.
Filter Transactions:
Users can filter transactions by Transaction Date, Settlement Date, or No Date.
Additional filters allow searching by minimum/maximum amount and the last four digits of a card number.
Advanced Search Options:
Clicking "Adv. Filters" expands additional criteria for refining search results.
Users can quickly find specific transactions without manually reviewing all data.
Manage Columns:
The "Manage Columns" option lets users customize their transaction view.
Users can enable or disable fields such as Transaction ID, Type, Status, Card Details, Amount, Tip, Response Code, Batch, and more.
Clear and Search Functionality:
The "Clear" button resets all filters, allowing users to start a new search.
The "Search" button retrieves filtered transaction results instantly.
