Managing Transactions

The Transactions feature in the Merchant Portal allows users to view, search, and export card transaction details across all terminals. It provides a comprehensive view of transaction activity, helping merchants track payments, refunds, and settlements efficiently.

Key Features

  1. Filter Transactions:

  • Users can filter transactions by Transaction Date, Settlement Date, or No Date.

  • Additional filters allow searching by minimum/maximum amount and the last four digits of a card number.

  1. Advanced Search Options:

  • Clicking "Adv. Filters" expands additional criteria for refining search results.

  • Users can quickly find specific transactions without manually reviewing all data.

  1. Manage Columns:

  • The "Manage Columns" option lets users customize their transaction view.

  • Users can enable or disable fields such as Transaction ID, Type, Status, Card Details, Amount, Tip, Response Code, Batch, and more.

  1. Clear and Search Functionality:

  • The "Clear" button resets all filters, allowing users to start a new search.

  • The "Search" button retrieves filtered transaction results instantly.
