Viewing Transaction Receipt

To view the transaction receipt:

Go to Virtual Terminal > Transaction Search.

Select the transaction from the list on the Transaction Search page.

The Transaction Detail page opens and displays information in the following fields of different sections:

Field Name	Description
QUEST TXT ID	This field displays transaction ID generated from the Virtual Terminal.
TXT DATE	This field displays the transaction date in the YYYY-DD-MM HH:MM:SS format.
TYPE	This field displays the transaction type.
STATUS	This field displays the transaction status.
CARD # LAST 4	This field displays the last four digits of the card if the transaction was processed with a credit card.
CARD TYPE	This field displays the card type.
AMOUNT	This field displays the transaction amount in decimal format.
TOTAL	This field displays the transaction total in decimal format.
BATCH	This field displays the transaction batch.
ENTRY METHOD	This field displays the transaction entry method.
APPROVAL CODE	This field displays the transaction authorization code.
SOFTWARE TYPE	This field displays the software type used for the transaction.
AVS RESULT	This field displays the address verification system message.
MID	This field displays the Merchant ID.
TERMINAL ID	This field displays the Terminal ID.
DISPLAY MESSAGE	This field displays the message of the transaction.
PENDING	This field displays the following Boolean value for the pending status of the transaction. true: When the transaction is pending. false: When the transaction is not pending.

The BILLING ADDRESS section displays the following field:

Address	This field displays the billing address of the transaction

The ORDER INFORMATION section displays the following field:

Field Name	Description
Order ID	This field displays the order ID of the transaction.
