Monitoring Home Page

The Home page provides an overview of key business data through tiles and charts displayed upon signing into the Merchant Portal. It allows merchants to monitor sales, deposits, and other financial data.

The Home page provides a quick overview of key business metrics. It includes:

• Merchant selection dropdown

• Last deposit amount

• Yesterday’s total sales

• Year-to-date volume

• PCI status

• Certification status

• Direct link to search for questions and answers on the Support site

• To ensure a seamless experience, the portal automatically displays data for the last viewed Merchant ID (MID) each time you log in.

• Merchant must identify and select the correct merchant ID with physical address or DBA (Doing Business As) name for your action.

Sales Volume

The Sales Volume Chart provides a visual representation of monthly sales trends. It helps merchants track their business performance over time by comparing revenue across different months. The chart highlights the total sales amount for each month, making it easy to identify growth patterns and business trends.
