Working with the Virtual Terminal

Clearent allows you to access the Virtual Terminal through the Merchant Portal, including the following options:

• Take a Payment: This option allows you to manage following payment options.

  • Sale

  • Authorization

  • Forced Sale

  • Unmatched Refund

• Transaction Search: This option allows you to view transactions up to 90 days prior, reprint receipts, process refunds, or void transactions.

• Open Batches: This option allows you to manage open batches and transactions within those batches.

• VT Settings: This option allows you to view and modify payment settings.
