Adding or Ordering the Equipment

To add or order the equipment:

Visit the  Xplor Pay Equipment Boarding site.

The login form opens. Use your Compass login credentials to sign in.

The window displays the Equipment tab with the following text box.

Enter Merchant ID

Type your Merchant ID provided to you during the Merchant Onboarding Process. For example, 65000000000000.

Click the Add Equipment button.

The list of existing equipment displays for selection or addition to the Virtual Terminal settings.

Select the equipment from the list.

Click the Next button.

The survey form opens with questions based on the VT settings. Save this template to add or order similar equipment in the future.

Click the Next button.

The Open Equipment Order window opens and displays the equipment information for ordering.

Click the Process Order button.

The Open Equipment Order window displays the equipment's Completed status.

To verify whether the equipment added to the VT Settings, go to the VT Settings page.

Select the Terminal Selection dropdown box.

The dropdown list displays the newly added equipment.
